All silver charms are priced by weight. Charm prices change constantly due to the fluctuating cost of silver, weight changes in charms as they are recast and by volume in inventory.
All orders MUST BE placed online through the website. Since our company offers over 4,000 different styles of charms and gift items, we are NOT able to accept phone or faxed orders. We do not have a printed catalog of our charm collection available. We accept payment in the form of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Out of Stock Charms are not shown on the site. As charms are restocked, they automatically reappear on the site. We are constantly updating inventory so check back frequently for additions. If there is a certain charm you are looking for, feel free to contact us for more information
When you add the last of a charm in our inventory to your cart, the charm may still appear in searches and in inventory but listed as "Out of Stock" until you complete your order.
Discontinued and Clearance items are individually priced and not elligible for additional discounts. Site wide discounts are only elligible for regular priced items. Items elligible for discounts will show both "Common Price" and "Discounted Price" on Shopping Cart page.

Once an order is placed online, it is normally shipped within 48 business hours. During the Holiday Season the processing time may possibly be increased. Normal delivery time (not counting the Holiday Season) is 7-10 business days from the day your order is placed (ground shipping option). When you place an order online, ground shipping prices are automatically calculated based on the dollar amount of your order. Below you will find a complete list of shipping charges and available expedited shipping options. During checkout, you will have the opportunity to select the best shipping option for your needs. Our company observes all Federal Holidays. This allows our employees time to spend with their families. A 24-hour delay in the processing of orders can be expected after a major holiday has occurred.
GROUND SHIPPING CHARGES
FED EX Overnight Business Day -order must be placed by 1:00 pm CT for same day shipping. If an order is placed after this time, the package will not be shipped until the next business day (Orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday - Saturday Delivery is not available). An additional cost of $40.00 will be added to the above shipping amounts. FED EX tracking information will be emailed to the customer when package is shipped.
FED EX Second Business Day -order must be placed by 1:00 pm CT for same day shipping. If an order is placed after this time, the package will not be shipped until the next business day. An additional cost of $30.00 will be added to the above shipping amounts. FED EX tracking information will be emailed to the customer when package is shipped.
FED EX Express -order must be placed by 1:00 pm CT for same day shipping. If an order is placed after this time, the package will not be shipped until the next business day. An additional cost of $25.00 will be added to the above shipping amounts. FED EX tracking information will be emailed to the customer when package is shipped.
USPS Priority Service -estimated 3-5 business day delivery time once the package is placed within the mail system. This timeframe may be increased during the Holiday Seaon. This shipping method does not carry a guarantee. An additional cost of $5.00 will be added to your order for this service.
International & APO Addresses - We are happy to ship internationally to select countries or APO addresses. An additional fee of $5.00 will be applied to your order (regarding shipments to the United Kingdom/Great Britain, China, Switzerland, Ireland, Belguim, Australia and Canada). If you live in any other country then those listed above, please email to see if we are able to ship to your country. An additional shipping charge may need to be applied before shipment an occur. When ordering for an international shipment, you must choose the international shipping option during the checkout process. Please supply your complete mailing address including the name of the country. Custom forms will be completed by our company for all international shipments. Any custom charges apply to your shipment during delivery become the responsibility of the customer. Most international shipments are sent via USPS Global Priority service for the quickest delivery time. FED EX service IS NOT available for international orders. Unfortunately international packages can not be insured.
Our company offers a 15-day return policy from the time you receive your order. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, it may be returned for a refund or exchange (original shipping charges or return postage are non-refundable). Clearance items or special orders CAN NOT be returned for a refund or exchange. If an item is received damaged, please contact our company and we will make arrangements to correct the problem quickly at no additional cost to the customer.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please use the below link to access the Product Return Form. A link to this form can also be found on the bottom left side of the website. This form must be included within all returns or exchanges for the quickest processing. Please remember that we can only accept returns within 15 days of order receipt (if an item is out of this timeframe it will be returned to the customer at their expense). Only items in re-sellable condition can be returned for a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be received in proper packing. Items damaged due to improper packing by the customer will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
