Every year I have a ritual of buying 5 or 6 charms for my girlfriend for her birthday. I write a little card about what each charm means to me, because it is always about a memory we have made together during the year. She loves it and she always cries. Every year I purchase these charms from a competitor on-line. This year I could not order from them due to a shutdown at their plant, and I went into a panic. I found your company on-line and ordered 5 charms. I received them on Tuesday and they look awesome and they are so much better quality than my previous charms. Thank you for not placing anything about charms on the box when mailed. I really appreciate it. Partly because I bought a few charms from charmfactory.com and I requested the same thing. I likely got the mail b4 my wife because it said charms right on the box. Believe me the next time I need some charms I will be coming back to you.
