ORDERING INFORMATION
All orders MUST BE placed online through the website. Since our company
offers over 6,000 different styles of charms and gift items, we are NOT
able to accept phone or faxed orders. We also do not have a printed catalog of our charm collection available. We accept payment in the form of
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. For information about
PayPal, please visit www.paypal.com .
If you should have any questions, please email or contact us during
regular office hours. Office hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 am-5:00 pm
central time. If you should call and receive our answering machine,
leave your name and number. Your call will be returned as soon as
possible. Questions submitted via email are normally answered within 48
hours or less.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once an order is placed online, it is normally shipped within 72 hours.
During the Holiday Season the processing time may possibly be increased. Normal delivery time (not counting the Holiday Season) is 7-10 business days from the day
your order is placed (ground shipping option). When you place an order online, ground shipping
prices are automatically calculated based on the dollar amount of your
order. Below you will find a complete list of shipping charges and
available expedited shipping options. Within the checkout process, you
will have a chance to select the best shipping option for your needs.
Our company observes all Federal Holidays. This allows our employees
time to spend with their families. A 24-hour delay in the processing of
orders can be expected after a major holiday has occurred.

FED EX Overnight Business Day -order must be placed by 1:00 pm CT for same
day shipping. If an order is placed after this time, the package will not be
shipped until the next business day). An additional cost of $25.00 will be added to the
above shipping amounts. FED EX tracking information will be emailed to the customer when
package is shipped.
FED EX Second Business Day -order must be placed by 1:00 pm CT for
same day shipping. If an order is placed after this time, the package will not be
shipped until the next business day. An additional cost of $20.00 will be added to the
above shipping amounts. FED EX tracking information will be emailed to the customer when
package is shipped.
FED EX Third Business Day -order must be placed by 1:00 pm CT for same
day shipping. If an order is placed after this time, the package will not be shipped
until the next business day. An additional cost of $15.00 will be added to the
above shipping amounts. FED EX tracking information will be emailed to the customer when
package is shipped.
FED EX Saturday/Sunday Delivery -order must be placed by 1:00 pm CT for
same day shipping. If an order is placed after this time, the package will not be
shipped until the next business day). An additional cost of $45.00 will be added to your
order for this service. FED EX tracking information will be emailed to the
customer when package is shipped.
USPS Priority Service -estimated 2-3 business day delivery time once the
package is placed within the mail system. This timeframe may be increased during the Holiday Seaon. This shipping method does not carry a
guarantee. An additional cost of $5.00 will be added to your order for this service.
International & APO Addresses - We are happy to ship internationally
to select countries or APO addresses. An additional fee of $5.00 will be applied to your
order (regarding shipments to the United Kingdom/Great Britain, China, Switzerland, Ireland, Belguim, Australia and Canada). If you live in any other country then those listed above, please email to see if we are able to ship to your country. An additional shipping charge may need to be applied before shipment can occur. When ordering for an international shipment, you must choose the international shipping option during the checkout
process. Please supply your complete mailing address including the name of the
country. Custom forms will be completed by our company for all international
shipments. Any custom charges apply to your shipment during delivery become the
responsibility of the customer. Most international shipments are sent via USPS Global
Priority service for the quickest delivery time. FED EX service IS NOT available for
international orders. Unfortunately international packages can not be insured.
RETURNS
Our company offers a 15-day return policy from the time you receive your order.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, it may be
returned for a refund or exchange (original shipping charges or return
postage are non-refundable). Clearance items or special orders CAN NOT
be returned for a refund or exchange. If an item is received damaged,
please contact our company and we will make arrangements to correct the
problem quickly at no additional cost to the customer.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please use the below link to
access the Product Return Form. A link to this form can also be found on the bottom left side of the website. This form must be included within all
returns or exchanges for the quickest processing. Please remember that
we can only accept returns within 15 days of order receipt (if an item
is out of this timeframe it will be returned to the customer at their
expense). Only items in re-sellable condition can be returned for a
refund or exchange. Merchandise must be received in proper packing.
Items damaged due to improper packing by the customer will not be
accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.
